Named for the hotel’s long-standing address at 19 Lam Son Square, Nineteen brings guests, expats, and locals together around one of Saigon’s newest passions, the buffet. Led by Executive Chef Darren Watson, Nineteen’s chefs lay out a five-star feast daily in the heart of Saigon.
The focal point of the buffet is a wide variety of fresh seafood, delivered each morning from Vietnam’s long coastline. Top-range imported meats, served at live carving stations, are another drawing point. Alongside these highlights our chefs present a thoughtful selection of Asian and Western dishes, an array of enticing entrees from soup to sushi, and a spread devoted entirely to dessert.
On weekends Nineteen comes into its own with its legendary Sunday Brunch, when three-generational families, travel companions, and friends mingle around the restaurant’s beautifully laid buffet tables. This lively yet intimate get-together is a celebration of exceptional eating, enhanced by a free flow of Champagne and other tempting beverages.
