Our winter truffles have been cultivated by knowledgeable and passionate farmers and are farmed in Manjimup, Western Australia. Australian truffles are now taking the world by storm and is hugely supported by many award winning and Michelin star chefs who’ve continued to say that black winter truffles are of the highest quality they have ever seen! 
  
The exterior of the truffles are a deep black colour with a slightly rough finish, firm to touch with a hint of softness. When sliced in half, black winter truffles demonstrate a clear white marbling on a mahogany brown to dark black surface. Darren Watson, our Executive Chef is passionate about using truffles in his menus, especially a menu where in every course truffle is the star!
