Breakfast Like A Local!

Breakfast Like A Local!

Want what the locals eat for breakfast but don’t know where to start? You’re in luck! From 07:00 to 10:00 daily, Cafe de l’Opera on the ground floor serves up breakfast just like the locals have it, but in luxury.

Pho is widely regarded as Vietnam’s national dish and can be eaten any time of the day, although it’s mostly eaten for breakfast. The two main versions of the dish are pho bo (beef) and pho ga (chicken). Making up the rest of this delicious start to the day is a savoury broth, rice noodles, herbs and a squeeze of lime. Ca phe sua da is served in a tall glass and is made with local coffee from Vietnam’s central highlands, condensed milk and ice.

Slip and slurp your way through breakfast overlooking one of the most historic views of the city for just VND 299,000 per person!
