Celebrate the festive season in style with fine dining at Reflections Restaurant. Tucked away above the twinkling lights of Lam Son Square, Reflections presents two sensational menus for the holidays. Accompanied by the soothing strains of a live jazz band and flutes of fine champagne, these decadent meals are perfect for an intimate feast with friends and family. 

On Christmas Eve, Executive Chef Darren Watson will present a four-course menu starting with foie gras and ending with a delicious Whisky and orange dark chocolate truffle. Your choice of guineafowl or roast fillet of Turbot with squid ink risotto is followed by port fed stilton and later chocolate genoise sponge.

On New Year’s Eve, Reflections lays its tables for the last meal of the year with the most sumptuous culinary combination to light up the final countdown. The ‘melt in your mouth’ Wagyu striploin will be there to steal the show, alongside a creative menu of Alaskan king crab, decedent roast foie gras and sous-vide monkfish. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with the irresistible pineapple, wild honey and almond cake followed by hand-rolled chocolate cigars. The whole family is also invited to join the fun, as Reflections serves a Children’s Set Dinner to delight youngsters with mini-menus, Christmas cookies, chocolate sundae and more.
