Named for the hotel’s long-standing address at 19 Lam Son Square, Nineteen brings guests, expats, and locals together around one of Saigon’s newest passions, the buffet. Led by Executive Chef Darren Watson, Nineteen’s chefs lay out a five-star feast daily in the heart of Saigon.
The focal point of the buffet is a wide variety of fresh seafood, delivered each morning from Vietnam’s long coastline.
