A fine-dining restaurant with a cosmopolitan outlook, Reflections’ award-winning team is dedicated to serving creative dishes from around the world to diners in the heart of Saigon. 
 
Guest chef appearances, wine dinners, and workshops are a few of the ways Reflections advances the city’s culinary ambitions. Every two months the restaurant drafts a new menu of specials starring the best seasonal produce sourced from around the globe. While taking inspiration from international cooking styles and techniques, Reflections’ gives an unmistakable nod to its Vietnamese setting, using local, organically grown fruits and vegetables.
 
Claiming a discreet perspective above one of the city’s most prominent intersections, this third-floor restaurant is a fitting space to reflect on the changing faces of Vietnam. Photographs on the walls pay tribute to Saigon’s heritage, and patrons have a front row view of the lights of Lam Son Square and the Saigon Opera House. Enhanced by the warm, intuitive service the Caravelle is known for, Reflections aims to create a magical, memorable dining experience every time.
