Rich yet refined, every element is designed to complement rather than overwhelm.
The dish is served with a smooth cream cheese potato purée, broccolini, and baby carrots, bringing both comfort and freshness to the plate. A deep Shiraz–Cabernet au jus, slowly reduced with shallots, adds warmth and complexity — tying each component together with elegant depth.
