From her leadership as Front Office Manager at Windsor Plaza Hotel to Director of Rooms at Grand Saigon Hotel, her expertise in overseeing daily operations across multiple departments, combined with her unwavering commitment to professionalism, ensures that every guest at Caravelle Saigon enjoys the highest level of comfort and care.

We’re delighted to have Ms. Nhien at the heart of our exceptional team, bringing warmth, expertise, and a true passion for hospitality. At Caravelle Saigon, Chef Justin brings a dining experience where timeless elegance meets contemporary flair. His culinary philosophy is rooted in authenticity and driven by innovation, harmoniously blending the rich traditions of Southeast Asian and Chinese cuisines with the refinement of modern European techniques.

A master of balance and nuance, Chef Justin creates dishes that transcend the plate—each one a sophisticated expression of culture, creativity, and craftsmanship. His menus are thoughtfully curated to reflect wellness-forward sensibilities and eco-conscious values, offering discerning guests a luxurious yet sustainable dining experience.

More than a chef, he is a mentor, a visionary, and a steward of culinary excellence. Under his leadership, Caravelle Saigon continues to redefine the art of culinary that promises a celebration of heritage and innovation.

Driving Innovation and Growth

 

Ms. Kong brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having worked throughout Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Caravelle Saigon, she held prominent positions at esteemed brands, including Sheraton, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Dusit, Montigo, Banyan Tree, and Marco Polo Hotels.

In her role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Ms. Kong will oversee strategic initiatives and manage all Sales & Marketing activities for Corporate, MICE, Events, Leisure, and Communications. Her substantial experience in enhancing sales and refining marketing strategies will play a key role in attracting a diverse clientele and elevating guest experiences, thus supporting our ongoing growth and success.
