Thoughtfully curated from Friday through Sunday, this luxurious delicacy invites guests to discover the pure essence of coastal indulgence.

Adding to the journey, each evening throughout the week introduces a specially crafted signature creation inspired by seasonal ingredients and international flavors:

• Monday – Pan-seared foie gras paired with golden French toast and vibrant mixed berry sauce
• Tuesday – Refreshing geoduck clam salad with tropical fruits and young ambarella dressing
• Wednesday – Succulent Singapore-style flower crab bursting with aromatic spices
• Thursday – Stir-fried Melo snails enhanced by a rich black garlic sauce
