From Monday to Thursday, warm up your evening with a comforting Lemongrass chicken artichoke hot pot, served with premium Japanese Satsuma Wagyu beef. Fragrant lemongrass, delicate artichoke and a nourishing broth create a comforting base for leisurely sharing, complemented by tender slices of Wagyu beef for a satisfying hot pot experience.

Adding to the seasonal seafood experience, each evening brings a different signature creation, offering a new highlight to discover throughout the week:

TRADITIONAL TẾT ACTIVITIES

To welcome the Year of the Horse 2026, Caravelle Saigon marked the festive season with traditional Lion Dance performances and early-year calligraphy — cultural rituals that symbolise strength, vitality, good fortune, and fresh beginnings.

Guests gathered to experience the lively rhythms of the Lion Dance alongside the quiet elegance of handwritten calligraphy, bringing the spirit of Tết to life across the hotel. These moments reflected not only the joy of celebration but also the enduring beauty of Vietnamese traditions passed down through generations.
